Take a break during your board meeting to learn all about how to bring balance & wellness into your work life. Learn how to incorporate exercise & healthy practices into your office life. Group will practice in-office exercises, perform mindfulness meditation, and learn about the importance of a healthy diet. All food/drinks served during the meeting will be healthy (i.e., bring in a make your own juice bar, etc.)
This can be the purpose/theme of a whole event or can be a portion of a corporate/board meeting. This event can be thrown all year long -- a great time to host it would be in January as an encouragement to, "kick the new year off right."
