Host a painting class for your co-workers. Hire an instructor to teach everyone how to paint the same picture. Serve wine, so that they can drink wine while they paint. Have light snacks and food available for them to eat, as well. Co-workers can join in from home if they'd like via video stream -- just be sure to send them painting tools & wine so that they can join in on the fun!
